We are currently looking for School Bus Drivers to work weekday, split shifts of approximately 30 hours per week – part-time job, full-time benefits. Prior driving experience preferred. We will train. Base pay $15.45 per hour.
Job Description: Our School Bus Drivers are responsible for understanding the importance of their job, and the necessity of doing it excellently – every day. Our School Bus Drivers are responsible for picking up and delivering several hundred children during a normal shift within a tight time-window. They are responsible for following all traffic and company regulations. They are to be cool, calm and collected in all situations. Our School Bus Drivers must complete several pre & post shift activities to ensure a safe journey for our students.
Requirements:
Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
A genuine, caring attitude toward children.
